FAUX METAL OUTDOOR SIGNAGE

An Engraved Outdoor Brushed Antique Gold Sign

Faux Metal Outdoor Signage is the first metallic engraved acrylic laminate engineered and formulated for exceptional corrosion resistance and UV stability. Its integrated hardcoat and sub-surface brush finish provide superior protection for exterior applications and is moisture and fingerprint resistant. Suitable for interior applications as well. This material is easily cleaned without surface marring, and displays a deep brush pattern with a "real" looking metal finish.

These signs are available with black engraving in four finishes:

3.75" x 8.75" x 1/8" thick exterior-grade plastic signage.

A cutstom cut exterior plastic Antique Gold finish cross for installation to a headstone.

We can laser cut virtually any shape, as in the above example. The bevelled appearance of this cross was actually engraved into the cut shape.

Ultra black granite and ultra black marble provide a rich dark background for etching photos and text. The black granite has small white flecks - but is a hardier material and more suitable for floor installation. Either black granite or black marble holds up well for outdoor installation.

The black marble we engrave is very dark in color and does not have the white veins commonly associated with marble. Those would reduce the visbility of a photo or lettering etched onto the surface.

We engrave 6" x 6", 5" x 7", 8 1/2 " x 11", 12" x 12", and 18" x 24" tiles that can be purchased singly or made into an entire mural. The process is very UV stable and weather resistant. Some clients have purchased individual tiles for outdoor use and affixed them to the flat surfaces of paving stones (sometimes partially buried in the earth - often tilted at an angle) using an outdoor construction adhesive such PL brand.

The engraving can include both text and photos.

An Ideal Material For Outdoor Signage

Black anodized aluminum makes for an especially weather resistant and UV stable outdoor material for engraving and memorials. The signage can cut to virtually any size within a maximum of 12" x 24". The engraving can include both text and photos.
